As a tech-enabled services business, the services we provide include lead capture, lead qualification, appointment setting, and retainer signing. The tools we use to do this include live chat, voice call centers, virtual assistant, and SMS communications. The tools we provide are highly customizable, allowing our services to grow as our clients expand. Our industry trained agents provide expertise for each customer, 24/7. We aim to be the most support-centric, comprehensive solution for our customer in our niche. We started with the mission to revolutionize customer-business communications by utilizing smartphones. Our founder, Ashaad Syed, built a prototype and advertised online before partnering with Jim Bert to launch what became Blazeo.

 In our first few years, we built a system capable of handling hundreds of thousands of customers, sparking growth from word-of-mouth referrals. By 2013, we hired our first salesperson, David Scheppler, and continued to branch out from our original chat product, ApexChat. Today, as an ad conversion platform, we’ve expanded to 400+ employees spread out over 4 offices and remote locations worldwide.
