Jason Ream

Jason is the Head of Finance and Administration at Blend, where he leads the company’s financial strategy, planning, and operations to support long-term stability, scalability, and sustainable growth.

With more than 25 years of experience, Jason has held senior leadership roles across both public and private enterprise software companies, bringing deep expertise in SaaS, operational finance, M&A, and capital markets. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer at SailPoint, SolarWinds, Mitratech, and Relativity, where he helped guide companies through IPOs, take-private transactions, numerous acquisitions, and periods of high growth. Most recently, Jason was an Operating Partner at Haveli Investments, working closely with high-growth software businesses to accelerate value creation.

Jason holds an A.B. in Mathematics from Amherst College.
