Stav Bloch has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. They started their career at Index Indicies as a Marketing Manager from 2009 to 2011. Following this, they joined Meitav Dash where they worked as a Marketing Manager, Bank Counselor, and Consultant Relations from 2011 to 2013. They later became the Director of Institutional Clients Marketing Manager at Tachlit Indicies from 2013 to 2018. In 2018, Bloch transitioned to BLender Financial Technologies, where they initially served as the Head of Business Development and eventually became the VP of Business Development & Partnerships starting in April 2020.
Stav Bloch completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences at Bar-Ilan University from 2005 to 2008. From 2011 to 2013, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Ono Academic College with a focus on Finance and Marketing. In 2020, Stav Bloch attended Tel Aviv University as a Director, specifically studying the Language Policy field.

BLender also differentiates itself through DirectMatch, its portfolio creator, and Re-BLend, a secondary trading market within the company. Prosper and LendingClub allow lenders to invest in a variety of loans in small increments to diversify and reduce risk. BLender optimizes this process with its matching algorithm that automatically spreadslenders’ money over a wide variety of loans. With Re-BLend, lenders can buy and sell loans and portfolios among themselves, a service that is not provided by LendingClub and outsourced by Prosper.
