בלינק הוקמה ע״י מומחים בעלי ותק וידע רב בתפקידים בכירים בחברות גדולות בתחום. אלעד בנבג׳י, מייסד ומנכ״ל משותף, שכיהן כמנכ״ל אקסלנס השקעות וניירות ערך בעשור האחרון, ושלומית ארז ערמון שכיהנה כמנכ״לית חברת הפינטק ״פינק״, ולפני כן כמשנה למנכ״ל באקסלנס השקעות וניירות ערך, החליטו להקים את בלינק מתוך מטרה ברורה - לאפשר לכל אדם את היכולת לשלוט בעתיד הכלכלי שלו או שלה באמצעות השקעות וחיסכון בשוק ההון.
