Dr. Rabih Monzer

Dr. Rabih Monzer serves as Group General Counsel and Head of Legal & Governance and Compliance Departments at Blink Experience since December 2023, while also fulfilling the role of Associate Professor of Law at Dar Al-Hekma University. With extensive experience in various legal domains, Dr. Monzer has previously held positions such as Senior Associate at Cortbaoui & Kanaan Law Firm and Ramzi Joreige & Partners Law Firm, as well as a member of the legal advising committee for the Lebanese National Olympic Committee. Notable academic roles include being Head of the Private Law Department at Lebanese University and holding faculty positions at Université La Sagesse. Dr. Monzer's educational background includes a PhD in Law from the University of Montpellier and training in mediation from L'Institute de la Formation à la médiation et a La Negotiation in Paris.
