Miriam Prathiba serves as the Head of Talent and People Partners for Blink Health where she is responsible for leading all People & Culture verticals, including Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Learning & Development, Workplace Experience, People Programs, and People Partners. Her role at Blink encompasses all core Human Resource areas with a strategic emphasis on talent acquisition, engagement, development, and retention.
Prior to joining Blink, Miriam spent over 10 years at Amazon and five years specifically supporting Amazon Web Services (AWS) during their high growth phase and global expansion. Across her roles in Amazon, she was responsible for designing and operationalizing people initiatives at scale. Her primary focus on every team she has been a part of has been to accelerate and de-risk the business with regard to short term and long term talent challenges along with a deep focus on developing and growing internal talent. Her specific expertise is in designing unique and innovative people initiatives that are aligned with the company's unique stage of growth and key business priorities.
Before joining Amazon in 2009, Miriam spent four years at Accenture where she was part of a core team focused on building HR frameworks and programs for Mid to Senior Leadership Talent.
