Lorena Shapiro

Lorena Shapiro is an accomplished Enterprise Account Executive at BlinkOps since July 2025, bringing extensive experience in sales and client relationship management from a decade-long tenure at Microsoft. At Microsoft, Lorena progressed through roles including Director of Azure Sales, Azure Sales Specialist, and Enterprise Technology Strategist, focusing on delivering value to clients through revenue growth, risk reduction, and cost efficiency while building strong C-level relationships. Prior experience includes management consulting with a focus on change management and project implementation across commercial, government, and non-profit sectors, as well as providing technical expertise in SAP upgrade projects at CapTech and risk management support at Booz Allen Hamilton. Lorena began a career in strategic initiatives at the World Wildlife Fund and holds a BA in Communications from Penn State University.
