Matthew Meyer

Matthew Meyer is a seasoned software engineer and team lead with extensive experience in developing innovative solutions for various industries. Currently serving as a Development Team Lead and Senior Software Engineer at Xero since June 2019, Matthew specializes in online accounting software for small business owners. As the Lead Software Engineer and Founder of Maven Music, Matthew has created a music promotion tool designed to connect artists and record labels with influencers, utilizing technologies such as SwiftUI, Combine, Angular, and Node. Previously, at Organic Response from November 2011 to December 2013, Matthew contributed as an Electrical Engineer, focusing on product development for an energy-efficient lighting control system, with work showcased at the Venice Architecture Biennalle in 2012. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honors) in Mechatronics Engineering from Monash University, obtained between 2008 and 2011.
