Beatriz Gomes is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in people partnering, reward and benefits, and organizational psychology. Currently serving as the Head of People Partnering, Reward & Benefits at Blip.pt, Beatriz has previously held roles such as Lead People Partner and HR Business Partner. Prior experience includes positions as a People Specialist and People Associate at HUUB, as well as HR Technician and HR Trainee roles at Sonae MC, focusing on recruitment and organizational improvement. Beatriz holds a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology from both Faculdade de Psicologia e de Ciências da Educação da Universidade do Porto and Masaryk University Brno.
