Prior to this role, Rashmi was the Community Manager at Safecup from July 2021 to February 2024, where responsibilities included customer interaction and engagement, promoting menstruation products, addressing queries, and fostering customer satisfaction and period positivity. Earlier experience includes a position as Sales Associate at Hopscotch Health from March 2021 to July 2021 and serving as Sport Leader at Decathlon Sports India from January 2020 to February 2021. Rashmi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from Nowrosjee Wadia College in India, completed in 2021.
