Dana Balzano Hall, SHRM-CP, has a vast work experience spanning across various companies and roles. Dana began their career in 2008, working as a Contract Recruiting Specialist at Ulta, where they coordinated recruiting efforts and prepared offer letters. In 2008, they also served as an HR Manager at Women's Healthcare of Illinois, where they managed recruiting efforts, conducted interviews, and prepared offer and termination letters.
In 2011, Dana worked as an HR Coordinator at Illinois Back Institute, where they posted job advertisements, screened applications, processed payroll, and maintained personnel records. From 2012 to 2014, they served as a Human Resources Coordinator at Associated, overseeing recruitment efforts, conducting interviews, and managing new hires' paperwork and orientations.
In 2014, Dana joined Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) as an HR & President's Office Coordinator, where they handled various HR responsibilities, including wellness programs, compensation, and benefits administration. Dana also served as the primary payroll interface and maintained HR databases.
From 2017 to 2018, they worked as an HR Specialist at the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS), and from 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Senior HR Specialist at Countryside Bank - IL. In both roles, they played a significant role in HR processes and support.
In 2019, Dana joined Vein Clinics of America as a Senior Human Resources Generalist, where they performed HR generalist duties. From 2020 to 2022, they served as a Human Resources Generalist at MetroTech HVAC Service LLC, where they continued to contribute to HR functions.
Currently, Dana is a Human Resources Generalist at Blistex Inc., starting in January 2023. Their extensive experience in the HR field and various roles has provided their with a broad understanding of HR practices and procedures.
Dana Balzano Hall, SHRM-CP completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from DePaul University in the years 1996 to 2000.
