Etan Silver

Etan Silver currently serves as Chairman, President, and Chief Financial Officer at betacalco since January 2016 and as Chairman at Block Alpha Technologies since January 2023. Previously, Etan Silver held the role of Portfolio Manager - Family Office at JB Commodities LTD from January 2010 to December 2015, managing investments across fixed income, equities, currencies, and commodities. Prior experience includes positions as Global Macro Portfolio Manager at IFIT Advisory AG from January 2004 to December 2009 and as an Analyst at IFIT Advisory, focusing on the Simplon Global Hedge Fund. Earlier in their career, Etan Silver worked as an Analyst at the UK Active Value Fund, noted as the first activist hedge fund in the UK, from September 1997 to December 2003.
