Rory McGauran

Rory McGauran serves as the Head of Service Management at Blockdaemon since March 2023, where the focus is on developing a service management team and implementing ITIL-aligned processes in the blockchain sector. Rory is also a Co-Founder of Actimet since February 2022. Previously, from May 2015 to May 2023, Rory held multiple roles at Planet, including Head of IT Service Management & Operations, Head of Technical Operations, and IT Services Manager. Other experience includes serving as Service Delivery Manager at Fintrax from May 2014 to May 2015 and System Engineer at Fintrax Group Holdings from January 2011 to May 2014. Rory began the professional career as a Service Engineer at Cellular World from May 2005 to June 2008. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Leadership Development, a Higher Diploma in Applied Science, Software Design and Development, and an Honors Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering, all from the University of Galway, along with studies at LSU.
