LJ Malberg is the current Head of People at Blockparty and has over 4 years of experience working as an executive coach and consultant in people, workplace culture, and productivity. Prior to Blockparty, LJ served as the President and CEO of Compassionate Muse where they were responsible for aligning individuals, organizations, and industries for the win-win-win. In their role as VP of People at Blockparty, LJ works closely with the CEO to implement human-first organizational design strategies, mindfulness practices, and interpersonal communication best practices. LJ is recognized as a compassionate leader who is dedicated to building strong, inclusive, and sustainable cultures from the ground up.
