Zhongshi Xi

Zhongshi Xi is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in backend development, architectural design, and team leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer and Team Lead at Blockthrough since February 2019, Zhongshi dedicates 60% of time to coding and architectural tasks, while the remaining 40% focuses on leadership and coordination efforts. Previous roles include Senior Backend Engineer and Software Engineer responsible for core ad-recovering platforms, using skills in Golang, Docker, and GCP. Earlier positions at Nascent and Index Exchange involved developing UI components, distributed middleware, and enhancing ETL pipelines for advertising data processing. Additionally, internship experience at Communications & Power Industries included creating test automation applications, significantly improving testing efficiency. Zhongshi holds an Engineer’s Degree in Software Engineering and Game Design from McMaster University, completed in 2016.
