Tim Campbell has a diverse background in environmental health and safety management. Tim started their career as an EHS Manager at Kawneer Company in July 1999 and continued in that role until May 2011. In May 2011, they joined Armstrong World Industries as an EHS Manager and remained in that position until December 2012. Following their time at Armstrong World Industries, Tim joined Blommer Chocolate Company as an EHS Manager in December 2012. Tim progressed to the role of Corporate EHS Manager in June 2015 and currently serves as the Director of Environmental, Health & Safety, a position they have held since May 2021.

Tim Campbell attended Drexel University from 1989 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
