Vaishnavi Anand has a diverse work experience. Vaishnavi started their career in 2021 as a volunteer for the BloodConnect Foundation. Vaishnavi later took on various roles within the foundation including Helpline Manager, Team Leader, Head of HR, and Vice President (Delhi NCR). In 2022, they joined the Board for Student Welfare (BSW) at IIT Delhi as a Student Mentor. Vaishnavi also became a core team member of the Ankahi-Dramatics Society of IIT Delhi. In 2023, they worked as a Market Research Intern for Maction Consulting. Additionally, they held roles in the Civil Engineering Forum, IIT Delhi as an Event Coordinator and Executive. Lastly, they worked as a Product Research Intern for Filo and as a Video Jockey for IITD OnAir.
Vaishnavi Anand started their education journey in 2006 at Delhi Public School in India. Vaishnavi attended this institution until 2020, although the specific degree name and field of study are unknown. Currently, from 2020 to 2024, Vaishnavi is pursuing a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Civil Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology in Delhi.

BloodConnect Foundation
BloodConnect is a youth run initiative which aims to solve the problem of blood shortage in India. We do it in 3 ways: • Help blood banks have sufficient blood stock by organizing blood donation camps, weekly donations. • Increase awareness by organizing Street Plays, Info-Talks, Competitions • Help those in dire need by operating helpline. Through our website (www.bloodconnect.org) people can register as a blood donor, contact us to organize a camp and raise blood requests in case of emergency
