Arleen Lopez is a seasoned professional with significant experience in leasing and property administration. Currently serving as a Leasing and Property Administrator at Bloom Holding since August 2020, Arleen manages a wide range of responsibilities including rental inquiries, lease renewals, and coordination with maintenance departments. Prior experience includes a role as a Sales and Leasing Administrator at Tamouh Investments LLC, where Arleen was accountable for daily operations and tenant coordination. Additionally, Arleen spent nearly a decade at Khidmah as a Personal Assistant to the Director of Leasing & Sales, contributing to administrative support and SAP system implementation. An earlier role as an Executive Assistant at Careerworx provided a solid foundation in office management and client relations. Arleen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Office Administration from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
