Anela Kapaka-Rhoades is an experienced executive assistant with a comprehensive background in supporting senior leaders in major technology companies. Currently serving as an Executive Assistant at Bloom Energy, Anela supports both the Head of Quality & Reliability and the Head of Global Engineering. Prior experience includes a notable tenure at Meta, where Anela provided administrative support to multiple directors within the Hardware Engineering department, overseeing extensive teams across various engineering sites. Anela's career also includes significant roles at Juniper Networks and Redback Networks, offering high-level administrative assistance to senior executives while managing complex calendaring and travel arrangements. Anela holds a B.S. in Business/Marketing from the University of Phoenix, as well as prior education from Brigham Young University.
