Kirsten Cunningham Biel

Kirsten Cunningham Biel currently serves as the Vice President of Talent Development, Engagement, & Culture at Bloom Insurance since October 2021. Prior to this role, Kirsten held various positions at Ivy Tech Community College from November 2013 to October 2021, including Assistant Vice President of Talent and Organizational Development and Executive Director of Talent Development, where responsibilities included developing statewide talent development initiatives and leading curriculum creation for multiple programs. Kirsten's experience also includes roles in training and development at ProTrans International, adjunct instruction at The Chef's Academy, and career services at both Ball State University and Pepperdine University, along with earlier positions in recruiting and training at Northwestern Mutual and other organizations. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Denver and studies toward a PhD in Leadership Studies and Human Resources at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
