Josh Eastright is the current CEO at Bloomberg Industry Group. Josh has held various positions at Bloomberg LP, Bloomberg Government, and Bloomberg New Energy Finance. Josh started at Bloomberg LP in 1999 as an Analytics Desk Specialist before being promoted to Global Product Manager of Energy and Commodities in 2005. In 2009, they left Bloomberg LP to help with the integration of Bloomberg New Energy Finance before becoming the Commercial Director in 2012. In 2016, they became President of Bloomberg Government before taking on their current role in 2018.
Josh Eastright pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) at Amherst College and later obtained certification from the CFA Institute as a CFA Charterholder.
