Liwen Ouyang

Liwen Ouyang, Ph.D., has an extensive background in quantitative research and artificial intelligence, currently serving as the GenAI Team Lead in AI ENG and Team Lead for Enterprise Quantitative R&D at Bloomberg. Previously, Liwen held the position of Data Science Manager at American Express and worked as a Research Assistant at Northwestern University. Early career experiences include internships in predictive modeling at CNA Insurance. Liwen earned a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering and Management Sciences from Northwestern University and a BS/BA in Mathematics and Applied Mathematics from Zhejiang University.
