Jennifer Mansfield

Jennifer Mansfield currently serves as the Vice President of Customer Operations at Bloomerang, a role focused on empowering nonprofits through exceptional customer experiences since January 2025. Prior to this, Jennifer held the position of Vice President of Customer Experience at Qgiv, Inc. from April 2009 to December 2024, where Jennifer was instrumental in building the Customer Experience department and fostering client relationships. Earlier experience includes serving as Advertising & Promotions Manager at Cypress Gardens from December 2007 to December 2008, and as Membership & Advertising Sales Assistant at the Orlando/Orange County Convention & Visitors Bureau, Inc. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida, earned in 2005.
