Alex Boulton

Alex Boulton is a seasoned editor currently serving as a Desk Editor for Osprey Publishing at Bloomsbury Publishing Plc since August 2023. Previously, Alex worked as a Project Editor at The History Press from April 2021 to July 2023, managing non-fiction titles and leading the new imprint Flint. Prior roles include Communications Assistant at Cheltenham BID, Museum Assistant at Canal & River Trust, and Research Assistant at the National Railway Museum, as well as editorial positions at SoPublishing and Bristol24/7. Alex holds an MA with Distinction in American History from The University of Sheffield and a History degree from the University of Bristol. Throughout the career journey, Alex has developed strong skills in editing, project management, and communication, contributing to various publications and initiatives.
