Rachel Aram is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in the wellness and technology sectors. As the Founder and CEO of Form & Belle since April 2024, Rachel is leading a rapidly expanding chain of wellness and recovery studios in Central Europe. In addition, Rachel serves as a Board Member at Bloomteq, focusing on AI implementation in wellness technology. Previously, Rachel held various leadership roles, including SVP of Strategy & Insights at Xplor and CEO of Mouratoglou Digital Coaching. Rachel also co-founded an International School in Croatia and has a background in consulting for fitness startups. With a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Westmont College, Rachel has successfully navigated the fitness industry, founding cardio-tone fitness studios and driving market growth for fitmob before its acquisition by ClassPass.
