Joergen Bardenfleth

Joergen Bardenfleth is an experienced leader in various sectors, currently serving as Chairman at Impero, a compliance management SaaS company, since December 2020. In addition, Joergen holds chairman positions at Dubex A/S, an IT security specialist, and Bizbrains A/S, which focuses on IT integration projects. Joergen is also Chairman of Symbion A/S, a research park supporting startups, and Vice Chairman of BLOXHUB, an organization dedicated to sustainable urbanization. Moreover, Joergen is a Board Member for CN3, Vallø Stift, and Accelerace Management A/S, and has held the title of Vice Chairman at Scandion Oncology until April 2024, as well as Operating Partner at CataCap until May 2023. Joergen's educational background includes an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering from DTU.
