Connor Davis, EIT

Connor Davis, EIT has a diverse work experience starting in 2013 as a Summer Staff at PHGilman Construction. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Cashier and shelf stocker at Diets Foods, where they demonstrated exceptional customer service and organizational skills. In 2018, Connor worked as a Painter at Highland Hills Apartments, focusing on teamwork, communication, and rapid task completion during apartment turnovers. From 2016 to 2019, they served as a Work Study Student at ETS Minnesota State University, Mankato, responsible for data processing and organization. In 2019, Connor joined MTU Onsite Energy as an Inventory Control Intern, coordinating data gathering and supporting the development of improved standards. In 2020, they worked as a Warehouse Associate at 371 Furniture. Currently, Connor is employed at Blu Dot as a Computer Aided Design Engineer, where they collaborate with Design and Product Development teams to ensure manufacturing steps align with design intent, maintain cost and quality goals, and implement sustainable materials and processes.

Connor Davis, EIT, obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Minnesota State University, Mankato. Connor attended from 2016 to 2020. Prior to their university education, they received their High School Diploma from Maple River Senior High, where they studied from 2011 to 2016. In terms of additional certifications, Connor obtained the Engineer In Training certification from the Minnesota Board of AELSLAGID in March 2020. Connor also received the Solidworks Associate - Mechanical Design certification from Dassault Systèmes in December 2022.
