Heather Sachs MS RD serves as the Director of Nutrition and Food Regulation at Wonder, overseeing Nutrition and Food Regulatory Affairs for both Wonder and Blue Apron since February 2024. Prior to this role, Heather held various leadership positions in regulatory affairs, including Director of Nutrition and Regulatory Affairs and Director of Regulatory Compliance at Blue Apron from July 2021, and Director of Regulatory Affairs at KIND from November 2016 to January 2021. Heather established a private nutrition counseling business, Journey to Nutrition, PLLC, from 2006 to November 2016, and contributed significantly to scientific and regulatory affairs at The Coca-Cola Company from 2006 to 2016. Heather holds a BBA in Marketing from The George Washington University and a Master's degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University.
