Phil Scutchings has extensive work experience in the finance and commercial sector. Phil began their career at Target Life in 1985, where they held various roles for nearly a decade. In 1994, they joined Rothmans as a Commercial Accountant & Cash Manager, leaving in 1997 to become a Planning & Commercial Accountant at McCormick. In 1999, they moved to GE Money (formerly igroup) as a Senior Business Analyst - Sales & Marketing. Phil then transitioned to GE Money in 2003, working as a Senior Financial Analyst and later as a Commercial Finance Manager until 2007. Phil Scutchings then joined Morgan Stanley as a Commercial Finance Manager for a year before moving to Adecco in 2008 as the Head of Commercial Finance. In 2019, they took on the role of Finance Director/Chief Operating Officer at Blue Arrow.
