Gintautas Bazys has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Gintautas is currently serving as the Sales and Marketing Director at Blue Bridge, where they focus on structuring the team for optimal performance and continuously improving processes.
Prior to this, Gintautas held various roles at Roche, including Sales Director Baltics, Head of Sales, Marketing and Customer Support Baltic states, and Head of Professional Services Baltic States. In these positions, they were responsible for managing sales operations, leading agile transformations within the units, recruiting and supervising high-performing teams, and ensuring technical support and availability.
Earlier in their career, Gintautas worked as a Technical Service Manager and Service Engineer at Roche, where they gained expertise in technical support and maintenance of RD devices.
Before joining Roche, they served as the Accredited testing&calibration laboratory Technical Manager at AB "Limeta".
Gintautas Bazys obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from Kaunas University of Technology in 2000. Gintautas later pursued a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) degree in Public Administration from the same university, graduating in 2007. In addition to their formal education, Gintautas has obtained several certifications in various fields, including quality management, conflict resolution, leadership, sales, and strategic thinking. These certifications were obtained from institutions such as atrain GmbH, Learning Delta, Vs Verslo Sistemų Grupė, and MPI Consulting - Management Performance Inc, among others.
