Ričardas Baranauskas has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Ričardas began their career as an IT administrator at Vifom in 1993 and then worked as an IT consultant at Open Society Fund Lithuania from 1997 to 1998. In 1996, Baranauskas joined Alnos Infrastruktūros sprendimai, where they held various roles, including Senior Project Consultant and Senior Project Manager. Ričardas also worked as an IT Consultant and Sales Manager at the company from 1996 to 2000. In 2004, Baranauskas joined Blue Bridge, where they held roles such as IT Infrastructure Solutions Sales Manager and Key Account Manager. Ričardas eventually became the Head of Account Management and Project Department.
From 1998 to 2004, Ričardas Baranauskas attended Kaunas University of Technology, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications and Electronics. There is no information regarding any further education at BCS or Vadovų klubas.
