Currently serving as Vice President of Administration and Human Resources Director at Blue Circle Health since April 2022, Lillie previously held the role of Human Resources Director at Vail-Summit Orthopaedics & Neurosurgery from October 2019 to April 2022, where an effective HR team was established. Prior experience includes leading HR efforts at Colorado Mountain Medical, LLC, and serving as a Sr. Human Resources Manager and Director of HR & Risk Management at Crested Butte Mountain Resort. Lillie's career began as an Occupational Health Coordinator at Vail Resorts, leading to expertise in risk management and HR strategy development. Lillie holds a Bachelor's degree in Politics and Sociology from Mount Holyoke College and an MBA in Healthcare Management from Western Governors University.

Blue Circle Health
Blue Circle Health is a nonprofit dedicated to improving the health of people with type 1 diabetes (T1D) by removing barriers and providing diabetes care, medicine, supplies, education, and support. We offer free, virtual, personalized services and support for adults living with T1D in Florida, Maine, and Vermont, with additional states coming soon. Our program can include care from our doctors and nurses, educators, support coaches, and social workers. We can help with prescriptions, insurance navigation, diabetes education, and support for issues such as housing, food, and employment. Each care plan can last up to 6 months, based on the individual’s specific needs. We act as an extension of existing care teams, providing the extra support people with T1D deserve.
