Richard Austin is a highly skilled IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and systems management. Currently serving as a National Desktop Engineer at Blue Connections IT since March 2021, Richard previously worked as an IT Field Technician at The Kraft Heinz Company, providing on-site and remote support for various locations across Australia. Richard has a proven track record in managing mobile device platforms, configuring and deploying hardware, and troubleshooting complex IT issues. Additional experience includes roles at Mercy Community Services SEQ Ltd, Devine Limited, Scanning Systems Australia, RPS Group, Lion, and Sigma, contributing to support functions, server management, and customer service throughout a diverse career in IT.
