Kimberly Eckhoff

Kimberly Eckhoff is an accomplished IT Manager currently leading Digital Experience initiatives at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City since February 2023. Previously, Kimberly served as Director of Product and Technology at ACERTUS, focusing on digital transformation and technologies such as Robotic Process Automation, Machine Learning, and AI. Kimberly began a career in IT as a contractor for various companies, including Nestle-Purina and Anheuser Busch, after earning a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Webster University.
