Melisa Jones

Melisa Jones is an experienced legal professional with a diverse background in litigation support, paralegal work, and administrative roles. Currently serving as a Litigation Support Professional and Paralegal at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas since July 2011, Melisa manages litigation case workflow, conducts fact investigations, processes evidence, and prepares legal documents. Prior roles include serving as a Legal Assistant to a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustee at Cosgrove, Webb & Oman, supporting legal teams at Security Benefit, and managing business operations at Presbyterian Manor. Melisa's extensive experience began as a Legal Secretary for a personal injury and civil litigation attorney.
