Raven Sturdivant

Raven Sturdivant, CSM, currently serves as a Health Network Operations Specialist at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska, where responsibilities include representing Provider Services during organizational changes and managing Provider Services projects as a Subject Matter Expert. Previously, Raven held roles at Nebraska Medicine, starting as an Insurance Processing Associate and advancing to Senior Insurance Processing Associate, demonstrating leadership in team training and development. Earlier experience includes positions at CHI as a Medical Receptionist and Patient Access Representative, as well as customer support at PayPal as a Debit Card Teammate. Raven is pursuing further education at Metropolitan Community College after obtaining a certification in Information Technology from the Rapid IT Academy Program.
