Dr. Tia-Jane'L Bass

Dr. Tia-Jane'l Bass is a seasoned professional in healthcare management and education, currently serving as the Manager of Operating Model Optimization: Learning, Engagement, and Diversity at Blue Cross NC since November 2016, where strategic initiatives are developed to enhance client health and wellness. Additionally, Dr. Bass has been an Adjunct Professor at North Carolina Central University since August 2015 and played a significant role as a Senior Strategic Services Associate at A Practical Playbook, driving collaboration in population health improvement.
