Kevin O'Brien

Kevin O'Brien, MBA, MAT, CHC, currently serves as the Director of Strategy in the Executive Office and has held various leadership roles at the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association since September 2009. In addition to their corporate experience, Kevin O'Brien contributes to local governance as an Alderman and member of the Economic Development Committee in the City of Rolling Meadows, with previous roles including President of the Park District Board and Secretary of the Plan Commission. Kevin O'Brien’s earlier career includes several consulting positions at Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, teaching roles in business and physical education, and an internship at BlueCross BlueShield. Kevin O'Brien holds a Master of Arts in Teaching from Concordia University Chicago, an MBA in Marketing Management from DePaul University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Concordia University Chicago.
