Keith Parmley

Keith Parmley is a finance professional with extensive experience in various managerial and consulting roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Finance Manager at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan since August 2016, Keith manages relationships with external credit agencies. Prior to this, a Senior Financial Consultant at Verizon Wireless (August 2014 - January 2022), Keith led a team focused on budgeting and forecasting initiatives. Keith's earlier experience includes serving as a Finance Consultant for the Oakland County Water Resources Office, where financial analysis and advisory services were provided regarding capital improvement programs and sewer rates. Additionally, a significant tenure at Chrysler involved roles such as Finance Manager for product development, Operational Auditor, and Senior Financial Analyst from September 1997 to April 2009. Keith holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Central Michigan University and a Master’s degree in Finance from Walsh College.
