Jared Wright

Jared Wright is an experienced compensation professional currently serving as the Compensation Manager at Blue Diamond Growers since April 2016. In this role, Jared has developed and implemented innovative compensation strategies aligned with organizational goals, specifically focusing on equity in base salaries for hourly frontline employees. Prior experience includes serving as a Sr. Compensation Analyst at Blue Diamond Growers, where Jared led the Wage and Benefit Survey initiative and contributed to the creation of a new Total Rewards program.
