Lauren Simkulak

Lauren Simkulak, MBA, is an accomplished leader specializing in procurement and global sourcing, currently serving as the Director/Head of Procurement & Global Sourcing at Blue Diamond Growers since November 2024. Prior roles include Director of Procurement for PepsiCo Foods, where Lauren led innovation and sustainability, and developed an inaugural Supplier Relationship Management program. Lauren held the position of Director/Head of Strategic Sourcing at Impossible Foods, contributing to significant growth in the plant-based industry. Earlier experience encompasses roles in packaging procurement and project management at Driscoll's, business development at SAP and PlaNet Finance, and service as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Uganda. Lauren holds an MBA in Global Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Gettysburg College.
