Kevin Jacobs

Kevin Jacobs is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in real estate investment and management. As Chief Financial Officer at Blue Matter since July 2021, Kevin oversees financial operations while also serving as Founding Partner at KJ Capital LLC, which specializes in real estate syndication and development in the Boston, MA area. Additionally, Kevin has been the Managing Partner of Jacobs Properties LLC since December 2016, focusing on the acquisition and management of residential real estate rentals. Prior roles include senior positions in business finance at Decision Resources Group and financial analysis at PAREXEL. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Pepperdine University, earned in 2010.
