Brendan McCarthy

Brendan McCarthy is a highly experienced engineer specializing in dynamics and loads within the aerospace sector. Currently working at Blue Origin since September 2022 as a Senior Dynamics and Loads Engineer for both Lunar and ADP projects, Brendan has previously held positions at Amazon as an L5 Loads and Dynamics Engineer and at Blue Origin in various capacities from January 2016 to September 2021. Prior experience includes a role as a Dynamics Engineer at Orbital Sciences Corporation, where significant advancements in simulations and structural load analyses were achieved. Brendan began a career in engineering with internships focused on satellite propulsion at Washington University in St. Louis and research assistance at UC Berkeley. Brendan holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, both from Washington University in St. Louis.
