Vanja V. is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in strategic roles. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner in Strategy & Project Management at Blue Origin since June 2022, Vanja V. supports senior leadership across corporate business units, manufacturing, operations, and Florida site initiatives. Prior to Blue Origin, Vanja V. held various senior management positions at Carnival Corporation from February 2010 to June 2022, including Director of People, Brand Partner and Employee Relations, where support was provided to brand presidents and executive leadership for Holland America and Seabourn. Vanja V. holds an Executive Doctorate in Business Administration from the Paris School of Business and an MBA in Human Resources Management from Zagreb School of Economics and Management, among other degrees.
