Jimmy Beecher

Jimmy Beecher started their career in 2015 as a Process Improvement Consultant at The Hartford. Jimmy then worked as a Communication and Strategy Analyst at The Hartford before moving to AXA, where they held the roles of HR Advisor and HR Manager. After that, Jimmy joined Marsh McLennan as an HR Manager and later became an HR Business Partner. Their most recent position was at Blue Owl Capital, where they served as the Principal for Human Resources.

Jimmy Beecher received a Bachelor's Degree in Business & Sociology from Bryant University in 2015. In 2016, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from the International Association for Six Sigma Certification.
