Morgan Levy

Morgan Levy is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Vice President, HR Business Partner at Blue Owl Capital since April 2024, focusing on investment professionals within the Credit platform. Previously, Morgan held the role of Global People Business Partner for Engineering at Datadog, overseeing HR functions for over 400 engineers across the Americas and EMEA. Morgan's tenure at Apollo Global Management Inc. included positions as Associate Director of Talent & Culture, managing global employee engagement and leadership development, as well as serving as a Human Capital Business Partner for the Credit platform. Earlier experience includes summer analyst positions in human resources at Citi and Apollo. Morgan holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and an Advanced Regents Diploma with Honors from Edward R. Murrow High School.
