Fernando Varela started their career in 2014 as a private practice dentist at Dentalopolis. In 2015, they moved on to work at Blue People, where they held multiple roles. Fernando started as the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), responsible for developing and implementing sales processes and methodologies, as well as managing departments like marketing and telemarketing.
