Rafael's educational background encompasses a Master of Engineering in Sustainable Energies from RMIT University, along with multiple advanced diplomas in business and project management from Lonsdale Institute, and a Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from I.U.P Santiago Mariño.
