Michael Karpinski

Michael Karpinski, PE, currently serves as the Lead Estimator at Blue Ridge Power since May 2022, following a substantial tenure at Ramey Kemp Associates from September 2014 to May 2022. At Ramey Kemp Associates, Karpinski held the position of Traffic Engineering Project Manager, overseeing comprehensive traffic engineering studies such as Traffic Impact Analysis, Traffic Forecast, Capacity Analysis, Traffic Calming, Trip Generation, and Parking Generation. Karpinski has also provided invaluable support to public sector agencies and engaged with local residents on traffic-related matters. Prior to this role, Karpinski contributed as a Transportation Associate and Transportation Intern, completing studies and analyses under supervision and assisting with technical reporting. Karpinski holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Transportation from North Carolina State University.
