a) BLUE SEA EXPORT IMPORT S.R.L. does not export, import, transport or store products for ex communists Romanian "Securitatea" members that did political police, communist political activists, racists, communist torturers or ex legionaries - iron guard or supporters or any other type of extremists;

b) BLUE SEA EXPORT IMPORT S.R.L. does not export, import, transport or store products from armed conflict zones, we do not work with dictators, war criminals, terrorists, corrupt officials and government clerks, criminal enterprises, gangs, cartels and organized crime syndicates;

c) BLUE SEA EXPORT IMPORT S.R.L. does not export,import,transport or store tobacco, hunting articles, guns, ammo, drinking alcohol, hemp, hemp seeds, plants and mushrooms that are toxic, prohibited substances, drinks, snacks and sweets that contain banned additives;

d) BLUE SEA EXPORT IMPORT S.R.L. does not export wood logs or wood products that are not FSC and/or PEFC certified , even if certified you as the supplier company must send proof the products come from sustainable exploitation of forests;

e) BLUE SEA EXPORT IMPORT S.R.L. has the right to refuse people who use indecent language, people that try to make a scandal, people how break the law or people that incite to break the law;

f) BLUE SEA EXPORT IMPORT S.R.L. does not request financing - loans or investments from anyone and it does not offer financing - loans to any entities or private person;

g) BLUE SEA EXPORT IMPORT S.R.L. does not export, import, transport or store products for any company or organization involved in slavery ( forced labor ), child labor and human trafficking or that allows - force workers to work without safety equipment;
